Care
Our metal products are protected with an anti-tarnish electrophotic coating that is meant to sustain quality upon exposure to water or sweat.
Prolonged or repeated sun exposure can discolour them over time. Keep dry to preserve longer.
Exposure to chemicals can cause damage [chemicals found in soaps and sunscreens for example].
Our raw material is tested by Bureau Veritas to ensure safety and hypoallergenic properties. And our finished products are batch-tested for quality control.
Craft
All our products are handcrafted. Each piece is "Made To Order" and unique just for you.

Colour
All images are taken in natural light / sun-light. The photos can never be 100% true to colour so there can be some variation from what you see on the screen to what you see in person.
All metal plating is done with one set recipe and within international guidelines to maintain consistency of colour and quality.
Condition
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
While we do not offer returns or refunds at this time, with an unboxing video - we can offer a refund or replacement for damaged goods.
