Frequently asked questions
When will I get my order?
Unless a special delivery offer is running. All order take between 2 - 4 weeks to ship, and then take 3-4 business days to deliver. This is because all pieces are Made To Order.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in India.
What's the shipping price?
All orders ship from India via DHL Express, so shipping is calculated by the courier at checkout, we don’t set those rates.
Orders $125+ USD get free DHL Express shipping!
Why is my checkout in INR (₹) currency?
Prices show in your local currency while browsing, but checkout may display the final amount in INR (₹) due to a checkout limitation.
Product prices are fixed and don’t vary! No surprise charges, the currency may simply switch at the final step
Do i need to pay for duties and taxes?
Your duties and/or taxes are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments.

We typically respond within 24-48 hours. Response times can be slower during holidays.
What is the return policy?
Returns or Exchanges are not offered at this time. Refunds applicable before order is shipped - unless it is a custom product or a subscription product past its billing date.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, with an unboxing video, we can offer a refund or replacement of damaged goods.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed and inspected your unboxing video, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
